After careful planning and consideration we decided it would be best to re-shoot our film as we felt that the narrative wasnt working the way in which we wanted to. We felt that the story wouldn't be able to keep the audience interested and engaged. We also had a few problems when it came to editing as we descovered that in some of the shots we were able to see the camera men especially in the classrom scene ,which is why we felt had to reshoot the whole film.
Unfortunately Gaby was unable to make it intime for filming so we had to make the most this day so Nini had to take her place and I am now playing the role of Nini's friend.
We have also decided to change some of the location as well as find new ones which work better with the narrative of our film. We have decided that the film will open with a scene in the bushes with Nini and I instead of having them walking towards school. We also have changed where Nini meets the friend after being dumped to at the park near our college because we didnt want it all to take place in the surrounding area of the college. We also changed where Nini goes to find Ed (her love interest) we changed it to the bus stop so it was more intresting.
